Mary Jo Reilly is a partner of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and is a member of the nationally ranked Investment Management Practice Group.

Practice Concentration. Mary Jo has substantial experience in organizing and counseling investment companies and their boards on a variety of business, governance, securities and compliance issues. She has counseled single and multiple series funds, single and multiple class funds, master-feeder funds, multimanager funds and funds serving as the underlying investment vehicle for variable insurance products. She has extensive experience in investment company mergers and acquisitions and has advised clients in connection with common trust fund and collective fund conversions. Mary Jo also has experience with alternative investment products, including hedge funds, registered funds of hedge funds and exchange traded funds. She has advised investment advisers and broker-dealers on a variety of issues.

Professional Activities. Mary Jo is a member of the American Bar Association and its Federal Regulation of Securities Committee, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association and its Committee on Investment Companies.
