Associate

Matthew P. Smith is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

In General.  Matt received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003.  He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2006.  He served as an extern for the Hon. Mary Jo Levinger, Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. 

Matt is admitted to practice in California.
