Megan Glunz Horton is an associate in the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group. Megan assists clients regarding a variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, and non-qualified plans. She routinely counsels both taxable and tax-exempt clients regarding the design, implementation and administration of benefit plans to ensure consistency with plan terms and compliance with the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA requirements.

In General. Megan earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Notre Dame Law School in 2002 and her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1999. While in law school, Megan was senior articles editor for the Notre Dame Journal on Law, Ethics and Public Policy and a Thomas J. White Scholar.
