Melissa A. Graff is an associate in the firm's Products Liability & Mass Tort Practice Group. She specializes in representing pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex civil litigation with an emphasis on products liability defense. Melissa has served as local and national counsel in mass tort litigation concerning antipsychotic medicines, hormone replacement therapy and over-the-counter products. Her practice also focuses on defending clients against claims of unfair trade practices and off-label promotion of prescription medicines.
Prior to joining the firm, Melissa was an associate at Reed Smith LLP, where she participated in several mass tort trials involving diet medications and other prescription drugs. Melissa served as judicial clerk to the Hon. Joseph H. Rodriguez, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey during the 2002-2003 court term.
In General. Melissa earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, where she was lead articles editor for the
Rutgers Law Journal. She received her bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from Rider University.
Melissa is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
