Partner

Michelle Childers is a partner in the Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group and concentrates on the representation of manufacturers of medical devices and pharmaceuticals as well as commercial litigation.

In General.  Michelle is a 1998 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award, Negotiation and Settlement.  While in law school, she was a member and projects editor of the Hasting International and Comparative Law Review.
