Michael E. Barry is a partner who has been a corporate litigator at the firm since 1978.

Michael's practice is concentrated in complex civil corporate litigation, including matters relating to antitrust, securities, product warranty, the financial services industry, intellectual property, including patent and trademark and technology licensing, and R&D joint venture claims.  Michael has handled civil litigation in federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations in the United States and International Chamber of Commerce arbitrations abroad.
