Michael O. Adelman is a partner of the firm, where he concentrates his practice on commercial litigation.  He joined the firm in 1986 after working as a commercial litigator at a New York City law firm.

He is an experienced litigator with a broad practice that embraces many facets of commercial litigation including complex indemnification issues, insurance coverage disputes as well as environmental issues.  He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey as well as the Federal District Courts for New York, New Jersey and Michigan.  He has argued cases in Illinois, Georgia, California and Michigan.

He is a member of the ABA’s Litigation and Natural Resources Sections and the Environmental Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Board of Education of Chester Township, NJ.
