Associate

Laura M. Hemm is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group.

In General.  Laura earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2008.  While in law school, Laura was a managing editor of the Villanova Law Review and the recipient of the Steven P. Frankino Distinguished Service Award.  She was also a member of the Villanova Chapters of the Order of the Coif and Phi Delta Phi.  Laura received two bachelor's degrees, one in crime, law and justice and the other in mass media studies from Pennsylvania State University in 2004.
