Lafayette (Jay) Atkinson, Jr. is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group.

In General.  Jay earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2009, where he was a staff member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.  He received his B.A. from Duke University in 2003.
