Kenneth J. Wilbur is a partner of the firm and a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His practice areas include appellate litigation, legal malpractice defense, real estate litigation, business torts and litigation involving the siting of personal wireless services facilities.

Prior to joining the firm in 1988, Kenneth served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan B. Handler, associate justice, Supreme Court of New Jersey. He has published articles on legal ethics, appellate procedure and state court jurisdiction. He is a member of the Appellate Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and has lectured for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education on the topic of business torts. He is a member of the New Jersey and American Bar Associations.
