Kristopher S. Davis is a partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  He counsels and represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including business, unfair competition, real estate and environmental cases.  Kristopher has a broad range of experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly litigation that concerns the entertainment and energy industries.

Representative Cases:

• Defended, on behalf of a major pharmaceutical company, a multi-million dollar unfair competition claim based on the company's alleged involvement in a prescription refill reminder program with prominent pharmacies.
• Defended, on behalf of one of the largest shopping center developers, a quiet title action concerning a multi-million-dollar property in Arcadia, California.
• Defended, on behalf of a financial services holding company, a multi-million dollar fraud and unjust enrichment claim based on the company's alleged misappropriation of its subsidiary's net operating losses.
• Defended, on behalf of a children's entertainment company, a multi-million dollar unfair business practices case concerning a children's trading card game and web site.
• Defended, on behalf of renewable energy development companies, a multi-million dollar unfair competition and public trust case brought by an environmental group based upon the alleged avian impacts at the Altamont Pass Wind Resource Area.

In General.  Kristopher earned his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of California-Los Angeles School of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Awards for Torts and Lawyering Skills in 1997.  He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of California-Los Angeles in 1994.
