Jodi Sydell Rosenzweig, counsel in the firm's Florham Park office, concentrates her practice on civil litigation, trial work and appellate practice, and her diverse experience focuses on products liability, pharmaceutical defense, medical and dental malpractice, legal malpractice defense and personal injury litigation.  She represents pharmaceutical companies in mass tort and multidistrict litigation with expertise in Daubert, federal preemption, class action and learned intermediary doctrine issues.  She also represents national and regional law firms in a wide range of professional malpractice matters.  Her particular skills include writing briefs and oral argument at both the trial and appellate level.

Among Jodi's publications are articles on preemption, closing argument and a medical malpractice manual.  In addition, after a recent victory on summary judgment for a national law firm, she co-authored an article on the proximate cause requirement in legal malpractice cases.

Jodi is a member of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and the American Bar Association and is admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey; the District of Columbia; the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.  She is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she received her J.D. in 1983.  In 1980, she received her bachelor's degree summa cum laude from Emory University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa.  Prior to joining the firm in 1984, Jodi served as a law clerk to the Honorable H. Carl Moultrie III, the then Chief Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
