Counsel

Jennifer La Mont is counsel in the Products Liability & Mass Tort Practice Group.  She focuses her practice on products liability litigation, representing manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices in individual cases, multidistrict litigation and coordinated state proceedings.  Jennifer’s litigation experience includes representing companies in matters involving over-the-counter and prescription medications, surgical instruments, prosthetic implants, vaccines and consumer products.

In General.  Jennifer earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Camden in 1998, where she was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal.  She graduated from Vassar College in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in English, minor in mathematics.  She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
