Jack N. Frost, Jr., recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star in Business Litigation, is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

As a member of the Litigation Practice Group, Jack’s work not only involves New York and New Jersey-based matters, but extends to state and federal courts across the United States. Concentrating in the areas of business and commercial litigation, Jack has handled a significant array of cases including contractual and general business disputes, banking and finance, municipal bonds, telecommunications, commercial real estate, intellectual property, and state and federal regulatory investigations. Jack has, for example, both prosecuted and defended contractual disputes, defended international telecommunications companies in various forms of business disputes, defended financial institutions with relation to regulatory investigations, provided litigation consultation to multinational banks regarding the issuance of municipal bonds, represented large and small corporations in disputes concerning the alleged misappropriation of confidential and proprietary information, defended national manufacturing companies against claims of asbestos and other chemical related injuries, and litigated on behalf of health care organizations in not-for-profit sale transactions.

Jack has significant additional experience in other areas of litigation including: mass tort product liability defense; insurance coverage; and state and federal election law. In this capacity Jack has, for example, handled complex litigation on behalf of manufacturers and suppliers of asbestos, prosecuted the rights of an international insurance company against claims in excess of $25 million by a Fortune 100 insured for fiduciary liability coverage arising under ERISA, defended against a claim stemming from an engineering disaster property damage claim in New York City, provided consultation to leading insurance companies regarding property damage, intellectual property and products liability claims throughout the country, and represented the Republican National Committee before a federal hearing reviewing certain election practices under the National Voting Rights and Help America Vote (HAVA) Acts.

As an associate with Drinker Biddle, Jack has prosecuted and defended clients’ rights at trials in both New Jersey and New York, as well as argued before several state and federal courts, including the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

In General. Jack earned his bachelor's and master's degrees, with high honors, in international relations and philosophy from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, United Kingdom in 2002.  He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey in 2005.

Admission
Jack also has a standing pro hac vice admission to the United Stated District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania related to the MDL Docket for Asbestos claims.
