Jaye S. Campbell is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group focusing on trademark matters. Jaye’s practice touches upon all aspects of trademark law, including: clearance of trademarks, prosecution practice before the U.S. Trademark Office, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, federal Lanham Act litigation, Internet domain name disputes and strategic brand enforcement. She offers clients full lifecycle service for their brand portfolios.
Jaye has worked with clients from a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical devices, health and beauty, and waste management, among others. She has also assisted clients with general litigation, antitrust and education matters. Representative matters in these areas include regulatory due diligence and investigations before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.
Since 2007, Jaye has assisted with teaching The Law of Branding and False Advertising at Cornell Law School. In 2010, Cornell appointed her as an Adjunct Professor of Law.
Jaye graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School and
cum laude from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She serves on the firm’s Associates Committee, Diversity Committee and Summer Recruiting Committee.
