    • Represented agent in a $90 million syndicated credit facility to a government contractor;
    • Represented agent in a $115 million syndicated credit facility to a media-buying company;
    • Represented agent in a $150 million credit facility to an audio-visual technology company; and
    • Represented plastics manufacturer in its $27 million credit facility.

Emerging Company, VC and Private Equity Matters:

    • Represented and counseled a start-up multi-media company in its $4.5 million Series A funding;
    • Represented VC firm in its $2.5 million Series B investment in a mobile-media company;
    • Represented a hedge fund in its $30 million investment in a waste coal-fired resource recovery electric power generation project;
    • Represented a PE fund in several late-stage investments; and
    • Provided corporate guidance and general representation to emerging companies and PE funds.

M&A Matters:

    • Represented of a medical imaging company in a $140 million sale to a strategic buyer;
    • Represented a healthcare company in its purchase of 8 nursing homes for $80 million;
    • Represented a healthcare company in its purchase of 2 nursing homes for $20.5 million; and 
    • Represented an environmental consulting company in its strategic purchase of a company for $5 million.

In General. Josh earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Michigan in 2000, and his J.D., cum laude, from the Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2006. While at Temple Law School, Josh published an article entitled, "License to Play Ball? An Analysis of Why Website Providers Should Not be Subject to Professional Athletes Players' Associations Licensing Contracts," in the Williamette Sports Law Journal, Winter 2005.
