Associate
Joseph N. Argentina is an associate in the firm's Corporate Restructuring Practice Group. He joined Drinker Biddle in 2009 and is resident in the Wilmington and Philadelphia offices. His practice focuses on both litigation and transactional work, including the representation of creditors, creditor committees, and debtors in chapter 11 reorganizations and liquidations.
Joe currently co-authors, with Andy Kassner, a regular bankruptcy article in
The Legal Intelligencer. A full list of

Joe is a member of the State Bars of Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice before the District of Delaware, the District of New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
