Los Angeles partners Fred Reish and Bruce Ashton authored a chapter in the newly-released 2014 edition of the New York University Review of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation. Their chapter, titled “Fiduciary Considerations in Selecting a Lifetime Income Provider for a Defined Contribution Plan,” was co-authored by Steven Kronheim, VP and Associate General Counsel at TIAA-CREF.

The New York University Review of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation is an annual LexisNexis publication featuring expert, hard-hitting articles on employee benefits and compensation. The 2014 edition is the 40th in the series, which represents the longest continuously published series of its kind.
