Washington, D.C., partner Rob McCann authored an article for BNA’s Health law Reporter assessing public comments on the accountable care organization (ACO) antitrust enforcement policy statement proposed by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Rob, a partner in the Health Law Practice Group, summarizes the proposed policy statement and identifies nine common thematic concerns that emerged from the public comments.
