Washington D.C., associate Kenneth Vorrasi has co-authored a chapter in EU and US Antitrust Arbitration: A Handbook for Practitioners.   Kenneth, an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Antitrust Team, co-authored the chapter titled, "Arbitration in U.S. Antitrust Enforcement."  The chapter describes the perspectives and experiences of the DOJ and FTC in each of the cases in which the agencies incorporated an arbitration procedure into a settlement or consent decree.  It evaluates the arbitration provisions in each of the agency settlements and offers suggestions for future use of arbitration in US antitrust enforcement.

The treatise is a new practice guide examining how the US and EU have used arbitration processes in the resolution of antitrust disputes. It provides an in-depth examination of all relevant topics and shows the perspectives of the arbitrator and the in-house "user" of arbitration.
