Attorneys emphasized brand-building, teamwork, knowing the clients, and excellent lawyering as the key elements.

Sandy discussed the challenges of finding potential clients, and how she has approached doing so by focusing on developing friendships and relationships. She also noted the importance of doing good work for clients, and staying present so they think of you when they have work.
