Kim Diamond spoke on a panel at Reed Smith entitled “Social Finance Innovations: Greening of Impact Investing” that discussed how sophisticated finance transactions can help promote renewable and clean energy.  This panel was part of a two-day symposium entitled Legal Issues in Impact Investing:  U.S. and Abroad.  Kim spoke about pooled energy efficiency finance transactions and how they assist in the deployment of clean energy in various states domestically.
