Washington DC Associate Phil Cardinale was recently appointed vice chair of the American Bar Association’s Copyright Office Affairs Committee.  In this role, Phil will coordinate between U.S. Copyright Office officials and the ABA’s Intellectual Property Law Section (ABA-IPL).

Phil has long been a leader within the ABA-IPL, which – with more than 23,000 members – is the world’s largest association of IP lawyers, and currently serves as the organization’s Liaison to both the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights and the ABA Entertainment and Sports Industries Forum.
