Philadelphia partner Larry Fox was recently quoted in the media regarding emails sent by Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice J. Michael Eakin.

Larry is the supervising lawyer of the Ethics Bureau at Yale who has also taught ethics at Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Cornell. He said that the emails, which included offensive jokes about minorities, women and other groups, may have violated Pennsylvania’s ethics code for judges after the Supreme Court updated the code to impose stricter rules on judges’ personal and extracurricular activities.
