New York counsel Rich Lomuscio has been appointed to the New York City Bar Association’s Securities Litigation Committee. The committee is comprised of seasoned plaintiff and defense practitioners, corporate counsel, academics, and representatives from regulatory agencies, and strives to be an outlet for those with an interest in securities litigation, class actions, and regulatory enforcement matters. The committee sponsors a number of programs, such as its annual Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute, and publishes reports and articles on recent securities law trends.

Rich will serve on the committee from September 2015 until August 2018 and, as a committee member, will have the opportunity to help shape law and public policy by drafting reports, commenting on legislation, and sponsoring continuing legal education.
