Washington D.C. Of Counsel Jason R. Baron was quoted in a Fox News article titled, “HRC EMAILS: Federal officials voiced growing alarm over Clinton’s compliance with records laws, documents show.” The article discussed concerns about Hillary Clinton’s record-keeping practices as secretary of state.

The article quoted from Mr. Baron’s remarks at a prior National Press Club newsmakers event, which were recorded live on C-Span,  where Mr. Baron expressed his concerns that State Department officials had not done more to discharge their own supervisory duty over Ms. Clinton’s record-keeping practices. “I remain mystified by the fact that the use of a private e-mail account apparently went either unnoticed or unremarked upon during the four-year tenure in office of the former secretary,” he said.
