Washington, D.C. partner Bennett Borden was quoted in a California Lawyer article titled, “Hidden Gold in Governance.” The article discussed information governance, a huge concern for all companies, including law firms.

Bennett suggested that information governance can best be implemented for larger companies through the formation of  an information-governance committee, because “fundamentally, a lawyer’s product is information. In this information age, lawyers who are better at understanding how information is created and how to use it will have a strategic advantage.”
