Sheldon Eisenberg, a partner in Drinker Biddle & Reath’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, was recognized as a top litigator in Variety’s Legal Impact Report 2015.

The report names top in-house attorneys, litigators, and transactional lawyers in the entertainment industry who have had a significant impact on the industry over the last year.

Sheldon was recognized for his work in multiple major cases, including representing Cox Media against Rysher Entertainment, an antitrust class action including Pixar, Sony and DreamWorks Animation, and representing Landmark Entertainment Group against Hasbro.

For more than 30 years, Sheldon has provided litigation counsel to Hollywood studios and other entertainment companies as well as literary and talent agencies.

Sheldon has been named by Los Angeles magazine and Law & Politics as one of Southern California’s Super Lawyers since 2004. He has also dedicated his time towards serving as a judge pro tem for the Los Angeles Municipal Court, and is currently a volunteer arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association Fee Arbitration Program.
