Former Goldman, Sachs & Co. Vice President and Associate General Counsel Richard J.L. Lomuscio has joined Drinker Biddle & Reath’s Commercial Litigation Group as counsel in New York.
At Goldman Sachs, Mr. Lomuscio managed multimillion-dollar litigation matters involving complex financial instruments, mortgage securitizations and corporate governance. Before moving to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Lomuscio was a Director at UBS Investment Bank in New York where he managed complex litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters. Mr. Lomuscio began his career at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he worked as an associate in all areas of complex litigation, particularly in the financial services, insurance and technology industries. He also represented clients in civil and criminal matters before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Mr. Lomuscio earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark, where he was Order of the Coif and Articles Editor of Rutgers Law Review, and his B.A. from Trinity College. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
