Philadelphia real estate partner David Ebby was quoted in a recent Law360 article, titled, “G.S. Wilcox & Co. Arranges $74M In NJ, NY Financings.” The article discussed the financing for various properties in New Jersey and New York, including malls, office properties and warehouse facilities.
David is counsel for Thrivent Financial who is the lender on two deals that include a 306,847-square-foot grocery-anchored mall and a 265,986-square-foot shopping center in New Jersey.
“These properties were particularly attractive. … These properties were close to fully occupied. It was really nice real estate. It made sense for everybody,” David said. “It was a little complicated. There was bargaining on transfer rights. It took probably a month to negotiate the deal.”
