Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP today welcomes Maria Amelia Dantas as a partner in its Corporate Restructuring Practice Group in Florham Park, N.J. She previously was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.
Dantas has more than two decades of experience in the corporate trust arena, representing corporate and municipal indenture trustees, owner trustees, and collateral agents in connection with defaults and the issuance of new debt. She also regularly represents borrowers and lenders in financing transactions.
