Princeton partners Jon Epstein and Vince Gentile will be panelists at the Mercer County Bar Association’s 2016 Xtreme CLE on November 15, 2016.

Jon will be part of the “Land Use Update” panel chaired by retired Mercer County Assignment Judge Linda Feinberg. Participants will review the most recent regulatory, legislative and case law developments, and what these mean for practitioners in the coming months and years.

Vince will be part of the panel exploring “Federal Practice Update: Impact of the December 2015 Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure” Panelists will examine how courts are implementing the recent changes to the federal discovery rules. Discussion will also cover ways attorneys are learning to adapt to the differences in timeframes for summons and scheduling orders, revised definition of discovery, shifting costs of discovery, and standards for spoliation sanctions, among other changes.
