Practical Tips to Achieve Success in Mediating Employment Disputes

Drinker Biddle partner Jerry Hathaway moderated a comprehensive CLE on mediating employment disputes, hosted by the New York State Bar Association and JAMS.

The panelists, each with decades of experience litigating and mediating employment cases, shared their practical tips for approaching and participating in mediation of employment disputes.

The panel discussions, moderated by Jerry, followed the mediation process from beginning to end, including managing client expectations, the flow of the proceedings, and dealing with both successful and unsuccessful outcomes at the end of the mediation session.
