63rd Annual Fall Seminar

Overview

On November 3, 2016, Wilmington partner Geoff Sawyer spoke at the 63rd Annual Fall Seminar of the Chicago Tax Club on the state of national unclaimed property examinations and voluntary compliance programs (VDAs) in the wake of the Delaware federal district court opinion in Temple Inland v. Cook.
