Washington, D.C., associate Phil Cardinale led a Roundtable Discussion titled, "U.S. Copyright Law for Trademark Lawyers" on May 24 at the annual International Trademark Association (INTA) Meeting in Orlando, Florida.

Some of the topics covered included registrability standards and practice tips for registering logos at the Copyright Office, enforcement advantages of copyright and other aspects of comparative intellectual property rights. Phil is also a member of INTA's Copyright Committee and leading a subcommittee project relating to the overlap of these rights as applied by Copyright Office Registration Specialists.
