Washington, D.C. partner Eduardo Guzman spoke on a panel at PCIA’s 2016 Wireless Infrastructure Show in Dallas on May 25.

The Wireless Infrastructure Show was a national event for mobile network solutions—bringing together thought leaders, infrastructure owners and operators, carriers, investors, government officials, manufacturers and service providers, and others.

Eduardo’s panel was titled, “Cuba Case Study: Policy and Business Implications for U.S. Industry.” Tim Finton, from the U.S. Department of State, was the moderator. Eduardo discussed Cuba’s recent decision to launch broadband Internet service, the current Cuban government policy and possible business opportunities, and the impact for Cubans and outsiders.
