Philadelphia partner Ron Sarachan, co-chair of the firm’s White Collar Criminal Defense and Corporate Investigations Team, moderated a panel entitled “Environmental Crimes in a World of Global Markets, Climate Change and International Terrorism” at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 30th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime.

The panel explored developments in the environmental crimes program, as well as recent case experiences as seen by governmental officials, in-house counsel, and private practitioners. Discussion also covered changes in government enforcement priorities, the use of new investigatory tools, and the intersection of environmental and other regulatory enforcement regimes.
