Washington D.C. partner Eduardo Guzmán will be speaking at a conference hosted by the Inter-American Federation of Lawyers and Microjuris on November 5th in Puerto Rico.  The conference is titled “Cuba: Investment, Trade and Financial Guarantees”, and will focus on the new foreign trade policy in Cuba and its restored relationship with the U.S. 

Eduardo’s panel will focus on practical approaches to implementing telecommunications and technology through the new policy.  In addition to Eduardo, the panel will include: Pedro Andrés of Neptuno Networks; Jorge Silva Puras, professor of business and entrepreneurship at Hostos (CUNY); Miguel Vizcarrondo, Vice President of EVERTEC, Inc.; and will be moderated by Luis Rodriquez Rivera, professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
