On October 26, Philadelphia partner Beth Diffley spoke on a panel for the Penn Law Women’s Association, titled “Corporate Law Inside & Out: Perspectives from In-house and Outside Counsel.” As part of a panel consisting of female corporate lawyers both in-house and at firms, Beth gave Penn Law students insight into the practice of corporate law in a law firm, including discussing a “typical day”, common challenges and work-life balance issues.

The PLWA is a student organization that holds networking events and career panels, provides a mentorship program to women law students, and sponsors social and community events.
