On Tuesday, May 5, Washington D.C. partner Gary Rinkerman will moderate a Table Topic at this year’s Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association in San Diego.

The subject, “Clearances, Licensing and Transactions at the Intersection of Trademark, Copyright, Design and Rights of Publicity Law” will place these sometimes related, overlapping and “colliding” IP rights in the context of product, design and content clearances (e.g., entertainment, packaging and advertisement content) as well as in agreements that affect the creation, ownership and exploitation of these different species of IP rights.
