Randall from Advocate Health Care.

2014 is a pivotal year for health care reform implementation, bringing changes that will impact a wide variety of organizations across industries. This panel addressed the status of key provisions of the Affordable Care Act including the state and Federal health insurance exchanges, the delay of the employer mandate, and Medicaid expansion. The stated goal of the ACA is to give more Americans access to affordable and quality health insurance and to reduce the growth in health care spending in the United States. This session reflected on the success of the ACA thus far in meeting this goal, and how the law will continue to drive changes in the future.
