Philadelphia counsel Andrea D’Ambra participated in a panel on Litigation Readiness Issues at The Masters Conference for Legal Professionals in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, September 19.

Andrea spoke alongside Vincent Catanzaro, Senior Counsel, Global Discovery Manager for E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. Jeffrey Jacobs, DTI's Associate General Counsel and head of the Company's litigation readiness consulting practice, moderated the panel discussion.

Andrea stressed, “one of the best ways to reduce discovery costs is to have an effective records and email retention (and disposition) policy. Knowing what you have (and what you don't have) can help avoid wild goose chases, while also reducing the cost of reviewing outdated information."
