Chicago partner Keith Anderson spoke at the 2013 IHA Leadership Summit on September 24.  As new economic and reimbursement challenges are driving more hospitals and health systems to find alternative affiliation strategies, they seek to achieve the necessary scale and efficiencies to survive and thrive in the ACA world of population health.

Keith's discussed the legal, financial and organizational pros and cons of the new strategies that have emerged as viable alternatives to the typical approaches of asset purchase/sale, merger or non-profit membership substitution models.
