Jeremy Scott, Government Relations Director from Drinker Biddle’s Lobbying and Advocacy Team, spoke at the Prevent Cancer Foundation’s “Best Practices in Grassroots Advocacy” workshop on Wednesday, July 17, 2013.
Jeremy’s presentation highlighted social media as an important tool in any advocacy campaign. He focused on utilizing social media to interact with elected officials and other stakeholders, increasing an organization’s visibility with social media, and provided the group a list of best practices for using social media in advocacy.
