The Chicago office co-sponsored a significant Association of Corporate Counsel CLE program on social media and the law, entitled, “When ‘Social’ Gets Complicated: Managing Your People, Data and Brands,” on Wednesday, June 26.

A series of panel discussions addressed issues surrounding social media, branding and data security. Darren Cahr, Melissa Dillenbeck and Jeremiah Posedel spoke and moderated three panels, along with in-house counsel from Johnson & Johnson, ADP, AIG, Hospira and Navigant Consulting. Registered attendees included in-house counsel from many of the largest and most significant firm clients and prospects in the Midwest.
