Washington, D.C., partner Laura Phillips spoke at the 2012 Federal Communications Bar Association Annual Chairman’s Dinner on Thursday, Dec. 13, in Washington, D.C.

Laura opened the event with a speech, which included background on the Chairman’s dinner and a video from the FCBA Foundation 2012 Scholarship & Internship Awardees, and introduced Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski, who also spoke.

Howard Liberman, Douglas Bonner, Jack Michel, Alfy Putnam, Dick Edge, Mark Dever, Mark Denbo, Lee Petro, Ilisa Halpern Paul, Patrick McFadden, Alisa Lahey, Camillie Landron and Jennifer Oberhausen attended the event with clients from Townsquare Media and Sprint Nextel, along with several firm guests from Capitol Hill and the FCC.

The festive and well-attended event netted nearly $43,000 for the FCBA Foundation, which supports communications-related and other community services and educational projects.
