Chicago partner Darren Cahr moderated Navigant’s IP Roundtable on Wednesday, May 16, in Chicago, IL.

The topic of the discussion was, “Did Rosetta Stone v. Google Change the Landscape on Trademark Infringement in Keyword Advertising?”

The purpose of the roundtable was to give participants an opportunity to meet in a small group to discuss current issues in intellectual property litigation. Others involved in the roundtable included Navigant’s managing director of its dispute resolution, forensic accounting and regulatory compliance practice, as well as the director of the firm’s disputes and investigations practice.
