Washington, D.C., partner Mercedes Meyer presented at the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Mid-Winter Institute, held February 2-5, 2011, in Orlando, Fla.

Mercedes, a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group, spoke on the panel for “Ethics of Alternative Fee Arrangements,” a main track CLE discussion. Her co-panelists addressed with particularity the issues of alternative fee arrangements and attorney-client relationships with inventors.  Mercedes then wove those topics together into the increasingly complex world being created with multi-party representation.
