Heather Hughes is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group.  She focuses her practice on insurance coverage defense litigation and counseling.

In addition to her experience as an insurance litigator, Heather has substantial experience handling a variety of intellectual property matters including trademark, copyright, trade secret and domain name counseling, prosecution, and litigation.
