Emily K.S. Ritter is a lawyer in the firm’s Health Care Practice Group.  Emily concentrates her practice in health care transactional and regulatory matters, corporate governance and tax and tax-exemption issues.  She works with health care and life sciences organizations on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, affiliations and joint ventures, corporate compliance, state and federal regulatory matters, and governmental and internal investigations.

In General.  Emily earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2002.  She graduated from Boston College in 1999.
